I just want any potential future customer's know that my son Joey chavarria was supposed to get his meds refilled and all of a sudden TRUE CONNECTION'S wasn't able to take his insurance due to the fact that there is an issue on their side as his mom it really hurts me and the family having to see my son go through detox cause he can get his Suboxone he's feeling and looking the very same way when he wasn't able to get drugs of the streets now his 3year old baby girl might loose her father to drug addiction due to a very possible relapse but y'all will be quick to help him if he brings the 169 Dollar fee he was told to bring witch the insurance used to cover

I'm here to speak for my son-in-law Joey chavarria cause he don't want to say anything bad about TRUE CONNECTIONS he still Hope's and believes that TRUE CONNECTIONS won't let him down and will be able to still help him and just the other day he told me about this wonderful program that's changing his life for the better he told me this place ain't nothing like the methadone clinics they truly care and they have a passion for helping addicts get on the right path and turn their lives around he also said he was able to let his gaurd down n trust the TRUE CONNECTIONS STAFF cause they truly wanted to help him and you would think that they would at least have the decency to call or even text him to let him know that they wouldn't be able to help him or at the very very least point him in the direction of someone that could help him now that the insurance isn't covering it TRUE CONNECTIONS IS KICKING HIM TO THE CURVE LIKE HE NEVER EXSISTED it's all about the money with places like this they see addicts as dollar signs as cash cow's if u will my son-in-law JOEY CHAVARRIA IS LIVING PROOF OF THAT I hope and pray that TRUE CONNECTIONS WILL NEVER DO TO ANYONE ELSE LIKE WHAT THEY DID TO MY SON-IN-LAW I pary to god that this story is seen by many so that the truth comes to the light god bless you all

I moved to texas from wa state and true connections accepted me and are always showing me how to move forward in life,its very easy to either backslide into your old ways or do nothing and not improve.Dr.stumbow is the most caring doctor I've ever met and the counselors like Theresa are great and care about improving your life,I'm happy I found true connections.

This program is a lifesaver for those dealing with addiction. Its not just about being on a drug program to maintain. The therapists truly take the time to understand whats causing your addition. And as the family member who isnt suffering from addiction they were equally supportive and listened when they didnt have to. We had some hiccups in the process but they were available and ready to help fix it.

Worst "treatment" facility in the state. They will get you hooked on Suboxone then cut you off abruptly. They also don't take insurance anymore and replaced their docotir with a PA. Avoid at ALL costs. Pending lawsuit. I wish 0 stars was an option, it's that bad.
