We are taking steps based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19, such as: Enhanced infection control precautions, Screening residents, staff, and essential visitors for expanded list of symptoms, Testing staff and residents for COVID-19 based on current protocols, Offering COVID-19 Vaccination Program to all Resident’s and Employee’s Truman Healthcare is a 120 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility.  We also accept most managed care insurance plans such as United Healthcare, Coventry, Humana, etc.  Our facility offers 24-hour professional care and accepts weekend admissions. We offer cable, wireless internet services and a full beauty shop with a licensed beautician in the facility.  Transportation is always available for appointments.  When your therapy stay is complete, our social services department will assist you with discharge planning and your transition back to the community.   Please call 417-682-5718 for more information.  Tours are available and welcome 7 days a week.  So feel free to stop by for a visit any time!

I would never put a family member here they get bullied into doing things that they don't want to do as we all know the residents have the right to refuse anything they want within rules and regulations there's bugs everywhere the rooms are dirty and the staff is rude and disrespectful towards the residents and speaking as behalf of former employee they treat us like s*** too just better places to put a family member or a good friend if you honestly care about them I would not put them in Truman Healthcare and rehabilitation center

worse place to work for i busted my ass of working for that place earnes my cna title never got my cna raise because they kept that from me and then kept my grievence pay from me as well when i just lost my dad. dont ever work for this place they will screw u over. trust me if i could i wouldnt even give it a start it would be more like -99999999 stars if i could
