ABOUT US
The Washington Street Hope Center is a 28-day inpatient residential substance abuse program that teaches the 12-steps of Alcoholics Anonymous via the internationally recognized program of Recovery Dynamics. The Hope Center is licensed through the Department of Health and Hospitals and has received an Accreditation with CARF International. Our mission is to provide both men and women with quality treatment that will enable them to find a new way of life without gambling, alcohol, or drugs and to return to society a clean, sober, and productive lifestyle.
Our vision is to build on the wisdom and knowledge of founder, Mrs. Josephine Hamilton, and to grow as a Louisiana Premiere Treatment program.

Delores Brewer5 StarHope Center truly changed my life. Being able to work through ALL my steps really helped me to grow and understand myself. Before Hope Center I didnt understand why I couldn't stop using. The staff TRULY CARES!! AND TRULY CARES IS PROBABLY AND UNDERSTATEMENT. They know the struggle I was facing because they also fought the same battle. I will FOREVER be grateful for Hope Center. I was taught not only why I couldn't stop using but was also taught the tools on how to never have to use again. It's not only about how to get sober here it's about a new way of living that will leave you mind blown. The staff are AMAZING BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE WHO I STILL KEEP IN MY LIFE. Jeremy Tanner5 StarWasn't into it at first but the staff was super welcoming and friendly, had to make myself comfortable with addressing issues I had hid for the longest time. After that it was all downhill from there, counselors are awesome they genuinely care about each individual who comes through the door, whether they stay or not. Doesn't matter what walk of life you come from learning how to live again starts here. They've introduced myself and thousands of others into a new way of living. Very grateful God placed me in a treatment center like this for my first residential treatment center, like I said they're amazing people.

Then they steered me towards the solution and a way of life that’s allowed me to continue life without drugs and alcohol. It’s the best message of recovery I’ve been a part of and now I try to carry it with me to help others. Also the food is great and plenty of it.Saturday 19th June 2021
